They practically drove me out of here when I waited for refugees to come from the other side of the border. There was not much justification or further information, they just said that the police would punish me if I stayed (huge, empty parking lot after 8 pm). When I was wondering where to wait, I was offered paid parking next to the police. Nothing was said about the fact that Masfel is a mile away - I just found it by mistake. More Ukrainian cars are also used.
