★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hétfői napon 9-15 óráig vannak nyitva, 3/4 3-kor már nem engednek be. Felháborító! Milyen nyitvatartás az ilyen? Ja és egyetlen ügyfél sincs benn, aki még várakozna....
They are open from 9am to 3pm on Mondays and are not admitted 3/4 at 3pm. Outrageous! What are the opening hours like? Yeah, and there's no customer waiting to wait ....

A bejutásban viszont nem voltak készségesek, azaz a várakozó ügyfelek adták át egymásnak az információkat., segítették egymást.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahhoz képest, hogy azért kell fizetnem, mert szeretnék az otthonomnál leparkolni és cserébe ellenszolgáltatást nem kapok (Tehát adót fizetek). Jó lenne ha az ügyfélszolgálaton még nem én lennék a hibás, hogy bérletet kell vennem. Egyébbként amilyen hangnemet megütött a hölgyike azért jobb helyeken elbocsátás jár.
Compared to having to pay because I want to park at my home and I don’t get paid in return (So I pay taxes). It would be nice if the customer service wasn’t me yet to be at fault for having to buy a pass. Otherwise, the kind of tone your lady has hit will be fired in better places.
