Personal experience, now that I can get into a hospital office, lab, get serious performance here, after a smooth consultation, (without a referral) without waiting minutes, I had the sampling, and the result can be requested by e-mail the next day.

Ha valakinek nem lenne egyértelmű a képen az látszik hogy nem látszik semmi az az nem látszik a tű helye cukorterhelés (3x lett megszúrva) után!?

If someone is not clear in the picture it looks like nothing is visible then the location of the needle is not visible after a sugar load (3x has been pierced)! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipikus esete a magyar kisvállalkozóknak. Jól kezdődött, alázattal, empátiával fordulva az ügyfelek fele minden esetben, majd siker, felfutás és teljes elszállás. A kezdetek óta jártam ide, nagyon örültem, hogy Érd Parkvarosban is lett végre magánlabor. Viszont az elmúlt 1 évben hihetetlen változást észleltem a vérvételi asszisztensnél. Igen, a vérvétel alatt valóban cuki és megnyugtató, de nagyon sok passzív-agressziv, olykor személyeskedő megjegyzése is van, ha a páciensnek esetleg más az elképzelése, kérése valamivel kapcsolatban. Átment az egész futószalagba, az árak pedig olyan módon elszálltak, hogy mostanra a Synlab araihoz képest majdnem kétszeres árat kell fizetni. Sajnálom, mert mint írtam jól indult. De sajnos a sikert is tudni kell kezelni és nem árt általánosságban megmaradni a professzionalizmus szintjén a kommunikáció során is, nem csak a tűbökés közben.
It is a typical case of Hungarian small entrepreneurs. It started well, turning to humility and empathy for half of the clients in each case, followed by success, run-up, and complete disembarkation. I have been here since the beginning, I was very happy that there was finally a private laboratory in Érd Parkvaros. However, over the past 1 year, I have noticed an incredible change in my blood collection assistant. Yes, it is really cute and reassuring during the blood draw, but it also has a lot of passive-aggressive, sometimes personal remarks, if the patient might have a different idea or request about something. It went all the way to the assembly line and the prices went down in such a way that now you have to pay almost twice the price of Synlab. I'm sorry because as I wrote it started well. But unfortunately, success also needs to be managed and it doesn’t hurt to stay at the level of professionalism in general during communication as well, not just during needle punching.
