Located on the banks of denube. It is nicely decorated white and red building. building is lit in the evening. One can visit the building inside with guided tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous architecture. I highly recommend the tour, you get a guide who is an expert on the history of the parliament but they make it interesting. Very reasonable pricing, it costs EU students around £5 for a tour.
