Huge disappointment. I had to trigger medication for my child in the cloud, which was thrown into the cloud by the family doctor, during the holidays (i.e., we did not have our doctor nearby, we agreed by phone, one day in the morning, the next day in the afternoon). It never occurred to me that the dosage would not be written by the pharmacist lady on the boxes, that should be a basis to my knowledge. Of course, I can read the package leaflet, but we have never used this medicine before, it would have been reassuring to know what dose the doctor ordered. So I either guessed something based on the description or waited a day for the doctor .... In the case of a non-prescription drug, the lady recommended a product to my child under the age of 14 that states in the package leaflet that should not be given under the age of 14. Since I trusted him - since I was in a pharmacy, not at the fair - I bought it (of course I only read the description after the purchase) ... I tried to reach the pharmacy by phone several times to report the problem, they picked up the phone. On September 6, 2021, we also discussed what I had experienced with the head of the pharmacy by phone and e-mail. He was very correct, admitted that his colleague had made a mistake (he approached the block, and I - although he did not make the admission of the error dependent on it - I sent the photos of the medicine boxes because that is what I claimed to be factual). They change the settings of their phone to be available. The attitude of the pharmacy manager is 5 stars, so I averaged and changed the stars to 3. Here again, thank you very much for your helpful attitude and for investigating my opinion, not for teasing it.
