Fél órán belül visszamentem az üzletbe, de cserélélni vagy pénzt visszaadni csak az ott nem levő üzlevezető tud. Amikor arra jártam, bementem, de sosem találtam ott. 3 hónap után sikerült összefutni vele, amikor is 10 percen keresztül szívta a véremet, hogy miért ennyi idő után viszem vissza terméket és hogy 5 nap lenne a cserére valami jogszabály szerint. Mikor már az írásos panasztétel szövegén gondolkoztam, kivett egy csereterméket a fiókból és odaadta. Ezt a 10 perces zsibbasztás nélkül is megtehette volna és akkor a 2 csillagos értékelés helyett 4 csillagos értékelést adtam volna. Célszerű lenne kicsit nagyobb szabadságot adni a bosztottaknak.
