★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hetet állt náluk a tisztításra szánt ruha, mert az általuk megadott 2 hetes tisztítási idő alatt nem csinálták meg. Konkrétan ott közölték, hogy bocsánat, de még aznap akarták elkezdeni tisztítani. Egy hét múlva a ruhát ugyanabban az állapotban vettük át, mint előtte volt.
 They had the clothes to clean for 3 weeks because they didn’t do it in the 2 weeks of cleaning time they provided. Specifically, they said there was an apology, but they wanted to start cleaning it that day. A week later, we took over the dress in the same condition it was before.
