Absolutely lovely place! Helpful staff (24 your desk), nice choice at breakfast, apartment was spotless and very comfortable as well as spacious. Super big bed that was so comfy I never wanted to get out of it! Very quiet too. Only 3 minor gripes - the shower holder was at such a weird angle that it either shot the water straight towards the shower door (and onto the floor) or you had to hold it, which often meant dropping it when trying to rest it on the tap, whilst washing, resulting in spray going everywhere (not good if you don't want to wash your hair!) The only long mirror was right next to the front door, with no light above it, so hard to see yourself properly without hugging the front door. Lastly, the room was always super hot and the Aircon remote didn't seem to change the temp (it said it did but it permanently showed 26°c on the display) so the only option to cool the room down was to leave the shutter and window open at night, which meant the light would come in in the morning as no proper curtains. I would still stay here again in a heartbeat though, as it felt like home from home. Also it was in a fantastic central location with cheap public transport nearby (just don't forget to validate your bus/metro ticket before getting on the train, like we did. 8000huf fine each ?) Loads of brilliant bars and restaurants nearby, not to mention buildings and architecture. River about 10 mins walk. Most definitely do the spa and the bus tour and the Christmas markets if you go from Nov - Jan. Beautiful! Can't wait to go again!!

These are very modern apartments that have everything you need during the duration of your holiday. The beds are comfortable, staff are friendly. They also offer good rates so you can't really go wrong.

Excellent customer service here! Clean, cute rooms and really comfortable beds in the heart of the city. Close to the airport shuttle stop.

I have booked a room 106 and I've got a confirmation email. When I came in the hotel, on reception was someone who said that he don't even work there, that he's just helping. So I had to wait for 30 minutes because they gave my room to someone else, so they didn't know what to do with me. And I didn't get any message about the change. After 30 mins they gave me the keys for room number 8, which is not the same room type I paid. They didn't even say sorry for waiting or anything. Receptionist wasn't really nice. Also, I didn't have any radiator in the room so it was really cold at night. Anyway, I don't recommend this hotel. They don't deserve 4 stars.

I had a really bad experience with that accomodation. I reserved an apartment and four days before the arrival they informed me that they overbooked and they cancelled my reservation. I tried to write them that according to booking policy they had to find me an alternative accomodation. They didn't reply to my requests anymore for days. When I finally telephoned them they were so unpolite and they told me they simply could cancel without penalties. Funny, isn't it? They caused the problem, they didn't reply to my requests, and they reply that. Awful. I never experienced a situation like that. My suggestion is to stay away, absolutely!

Excellent location in quiet street but in centre of city which is the best thing. Room and facilities pretty basic but no problem for tourists who only return to sleep

Staff does not speak English, we had trouble communicating. Rooms are huge, it is very well equipped BUT EXTREMELY DIRTY. The first room we got had BLOODY towels and bedsheets and then when we switched rooms, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. Did all the cleaning by ourselves.
