Although they normally allow two weeks for turnaround, Zita managed to arrange a custom piece within 4 days, just in time for our wedding! She was always available to answer our concerns and stayed after hours to help us when we were late arriving from work. She even made a special trip to meet us to make sure everything was in order. I feel like I received an exceptional service that was both special and personal. It exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t have asked for more
