★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual shopping mall with fastfood restaurants, cinema and a playhouse for kids and some services like post office or solarium.
The most important con is the inadequate ventilation. At weekends and holidays it is crowded and so the air isn't fresh at all. So if you plan a cinema at these times book your ticket online and just head straight inside the cinema.
Unfortunately the vast majority of movies are dubbed :( :(

Location is super bad.
Mainteinance needed urgently.
