That fat boss who is always wearing a blue shirt for the past 10 years needs to be changed, horrible office!

Busiest organization,ever! Staff is conservative enough in a rusted way .No any immediate action. Feeling sorry, for the applicants. Long queue time, diversity of the requests from staff side is Impressive.Booking an online appointment barely works, if you can see the avialibility at the system. Cavalier like man at the entrance, regulates basic actions.

Everything depends on your luck. Sometimes the line is so long, it starts at the beginning of the street (you can meet fellow students there lol). Same with officials, some are helpful and some are rude. The security guy is always annoyed at everything. In summary, expect some average Hungarian service.

Very disgusting. Every time turns you back. I went there more than 5 times to get a student resident permit. They said they need new document. Last month I’m a student, but I need to certify that next month I’m still a student. Again and again. Ridiculous

The time here in Google isn't correct and their service is slow and really rude set of people working there. Bad service. In Budapest the office it's way better. And your website is SO BAD. If bad had a superlative that's how the website is. Not that someone is there that will read and improve the website in anyway. But I just have to point it out. To help the community. There are also officers who do the procedures in an INTERNATIONAL office who don't speak English. Doesn't matter whether you take an appointment or not. It's the stupidest thing ever.

Really questionable how such an office can survive till now. The people working inside a so slow that it is questionable what their job really is and if they do really work or just reject anyone randomly if they don't feel like to work at the moment. They really don't get things done. Honestly, questionable if the people inside really work or just mentally absent. Their service is really a shame! A 3 year old kid would outperform the whole office probably and i am not even exaggerating

The worst service EVER! The employees are very rude, i asked a normal question that i should get an answer to by them, they told me they don't know. And no need to take an appointment before, because you will have to wait anyways atleast 20min.

the employees are rude, unprofessional, especially the woman at counter 03, I don’t know if it’s the only day out of four that she worked until 18:00 or just because of her attitude towards foreigners, even at McDonald’s the employees behave much more adequately.
