Ezt mind az ügyfélszolgálatra, mind a szerelőkre is értem. Gyanítom ilyen hozzáállással a versenyszférában ez a cég már nem létezne. Még szerencse (számukra), hogy monopolhelyzetben vannak. Felháborító, hogy a mai világban ezt egy szolgáltató megengedheti magának. Mikor jut el oda a PÉTÁV, hogy elég lesz lefotózni az óraállást? Senkinek nincsen fölösleges 2 órája várni a "kedves" leolvasókat, akik aztán meg sem érkeznek. Gondoltam, hogy addig elmegyek boltba. 13 és 15 óra között jöttek volna. Kb. pont egykor kopogott. a szerelő. Azt mondta, hogy ő itt volt a megadott időpontban (dél és 2 között) és hívott is. Mutatta a papírt, az első szám más volt, persze, hogy nem ért el. Egy pillanatig én voltam a hülye, de aztán mondtam, hogy oda kellene figyelni az adatokra, rendesen végezni a munkáját annak, aki ezeket intézi.!!! I called them because of a broken water meter.
