I have long wanted to find a sport that teaches effective self-defense, gives me confidence, a great team, a patient coach. I've found all of them in this sport. I can only recommend it.

I was looking for an effective self-defense occupation, which I found in this, I can only fully recommend it to someone with similar goals. A good and patient coach is a good team.

"Ember küzdj és bízva bízzál" nyitnám véleményem eképpen.
Rohanó világunkban sokminden kezd veszendőbe lenni, de ez a hely mindezt feledteti. Nem csak önvédelemre tanít, annál sokkal többre. Az élet, s saját magunk értékeire ébreszt rá. Én örülök sőt megtiszteltetés, hogy e helyre leltem. Nem utólsó sorban jegyezném én is, mind az oktató fáradhatatlan színvonalas tanítását és a társasàg segítőkész egységét. Csak ajánlani tudom e helyet, szóval:

"Man fight and trust with confidence" I would open my opinion like this.
In our fast-paced world, a lot is starting to get lost, but this place forgets all about it. It doesn’t just teach self-defense, much more. It awakens to the values of life and ourselves. I am even glad to have found this place. Last but not least, I would note both the tireless teaching of the instructor and the helpful unity of the company. I can only recommend this place, so:
