Este un apartament bine dotat cu toate ustensilele și mobilierul de care ai putea avea nevoie pentru câteva zile. Camerele, bucătăria și baia sunt mari. Are o poziție bună, centrală. Se ajunge în 20 de minute pe jos până în centrul orașului. Singura problemă este lipsa locului de parcare. Se folosesc parcările stradale care sunt mai tot timpul ocupate.
