shabby mobilhome „Venezia“
We stayed in the mobilhome Venezia. It was very old and a few parts were broken ( showercabin, door holder...) the floor in the living room was also very old and shabby.
For this prize we expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to cancel the stay more than a week in advance due to death of a family member, who has done the reservation. Despite this fact they refused to reduce the cancellation fee, so we had to pay for the whole stay. They were able to occupy the chalet by another guests immediately, so they were not lossy in any way. But our family not only lost beloved person, but also holiday and a huge amount of money. If you have to earn your money on cancellation fees, not on your excellent services, you are probably doing something very wrong and your values definitely are not right. Feeding on a people's misfortune is called human hyenism. As I am a hotel owner and manager - I have never done nor experienced anything like this before. Well done, Pelso Camping! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 2 times 1 week in 2017 in this camping! It's a great camping for a relaxing stay. In the summer you can swim easily. Further you can enjoy delicious pizza at the restaurant.
In september they had some issues with the bathrooms,but i hope they already renovated all of it and all the showers ate working correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the tickets are unjustifiedly expensive. Second of all they building private apartments on the beach of the lake ruining the nature with that. It's an unforgivable brutality against the nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really decent camping, with some restaurants, a small supermarket and some activities (massage, volleyball, slides, hammocks...) as well. There's not much to do outside of the camping so it's rather suited for a lazy holiday, but for that it's great. We had our own tent so I cannot say much about the houses but from the outside they sure looked cute and cosy. Everything is in good shape, and the bathrooms are kept really clean which is a big plus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campsite perfect for kids: good access to water, grassy beach, aquapark (tobogans, slides, trampoline, ...), small swimming pool. Bike paths everywhere off the main road - perfect!
Mobilehomes of different quality levels - the basic home is really basic - no aircondition, in summer really hard to ventilate, missing terrace roofing - it is polluted by birds. Prices do not match the quality unfortunately. Interior is celan, quite good equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were charged for damaged coffee machine at departure although we haven't used it during a week at all. They deducted a sum from deposit although I tried to explain. Their argument was I should check it.
That is not fair behaviour to the guest.
