Ma este másfél órával zárás előtt szerettem volna megvenni egy ruhadarabot a gyermeknek, ami jól látható helyen volt kihelyezve a boltban.
A pénztáros - bocsánatkérés és minden egyéb megbánás nélkül - elvette tőlem a pénztárnál és közölte, hogy ezt a terméket csak a holnapi újságjuk tartalmazza (nem sokat forgattam még ilyet a kezemben soha...), emiatt ma nem vehetem meg.
Kérdeztem, hogy akkor miért van kint zárás előtt másfél órával már jól látható helyen. Válasz: nem lesz már idejük kipakolni reggelig. Mindezt olyan stílusban, mintha legalábbis én lennék a hülye.
Stílus, szolgáltatói szemlélet nulla...
