Ha 20an alnak sorban, akkor sem nyitnak uj kasszat sose… Would the business manager wonder why only 1 of their cashiers is working all the time?!? If they sleep 20 in a row, they will never open a new box office…

M	Miklós Maszlag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minap tértünk be a PEPCO budaörsi üzletébe az Auchan áruház üzletsorán. Röviddel a belépés után az egyik eladójuk szájából a "Talán a kocsival ki kellene menni!" mondat hangzott el. Az üzlet bejáratánál semmilyen figyelmeztetés vagy tiltás nem volt elhelyezve arra vonatkozólag hogy az üzlet a bevásárló központ rendszeresített bevásárló kocsijaival nem látogatható. Közölte az illető hogy a kocsit hagyjuk az üzlet előtt. Miután jeleztük hogy a kocsiban egy gyerekhordozó van a 3 hetes fiammal a következő választ kaptuk. "Akkor is!!!" Mivel nem gondoltam helyes megoldásnak hogy a gyereket az üzlet előtt hagyjam őrizetlenül így vásárlás nélkül távoztunk az üzletből.. Számomra itt emberségből keményen megbuktak és a továbbiakban nem kívánok önöknél vásárolni.! Érdekes módon az üzletközpont többi egységében nem okozott problémát sem a bejutás sem a vásárlás. Továbbá elgondolkodtató az is hogy amennyiben kocsival nem lehet bejutni az üzletbe úgy a kint hagyott esetlegesen korábban vásárolt dolgokért vajon vállalják a felelősséget..A vezetőségük helyében elgondolkodnék azon hogy ilyen hozzáállással kell e önöknek több üzletet befogadó központokban boltokat üzemeltetni. The other day we entered the PEPCO store in Budaörs on the Auchan store. Shortly after entering, one of their vendors said, "Maybe we should get out of the car!" sentence was uttered. At the entrance to the store, no warnings or prohibitions were placed stating that the store could not be visited with the mall’s regular shopping carts. He told us to leave the car in front of the store. After we indicated that there was a baby carrier in the car with my 3 week old son, we got the following answer. "Even!!!" Since I didn't think it was the right solution to leave the child unattended in front of the store, we left the store without buying. Interestingly, neither the access nor the purchase was a problem in the other units of the mall. It is also thought-provoking that if it is not possible to get into the store by car, they will take responsibility for any previously purchased items left outside.
