I'm sorry I chose them - The optics made a mistake I wanted to do a Pola test at the suggestion of an optics from Budapest in Vas county. I found the P. optics, I checked in, I went for a date. The test was done with a nice optometrist lady. Ophthalmologist was not available here at the April-May-June 2020 I mentioned. The result of the test was transferred from a small white paper towel to a worksheet, and then after 2-3 weeks I went to pick up the glasses. At the end of the work, it occurred to me: how is it possible for two differently seeing (subjectively perceived by me) eyes to have the same diopter in the spectacle lenses? After receiving it, I asked one of the gentlemen in the store, to which I received this answer: "I should have asked then." I think this is not proper communication towards a skeptical and suspicious buyer. I came home and wrote an email in which I asked the question again, in connection with which the optics admitted that they had made a mistake and would replace my lenses. Then I didn't get an answer to my question (until today) based on what ?? After all, the document I received and signed by an optometrist showed the two identical dipotria ... I got the answer to this by phone, so be patient and don't understand what the problem is ?! Three things: 1. the optics failed. 2. this I noticed and spoke to, and 3. my voice to the customer. Unfortunately, even when I received the newly made lens, I received only a dismissive, instructive, and outraged tone in response. Withdrawal from the purchase I offered was not accepted. The cost of the trip to Szombathely again was not offered by the optics, according to them no extra costs came from me. When I turned to the extra costs, I received a "travel allowance" in addition to mocking remarks. I brought the replacement lenses, put them in my glasses. I still have the idea today that after actually spending tens of thousands of forints, I did good to my vision ?? Did it make sense for 3 Saturday mornings and the tens of thousands spent?

I love my new Vinylize sunglasses. It was a great choice.
