Amikor atadtam nagyon orult, majd mikor berakta a fulebe a ko egybol ki is esett belole. Ma viszem vissza, meglatjuk, hogy javitanak-e az egy csillagon... erzekeny a bizsura, az ezustre nem, ez pedig mar kikezdte a fulet. Mondanom sem kell, hogy a meglepetes oromet mar nem hozza helyre... :( Vissza vittem. Kedvesek es segitokeszek voltak, sajnos a termek minosegerol nem az eladok tehetnek. NEM AJÁNLOM SENKINEK a boltot, amíg eladásról van szó mézes mázas a kiszolgálás, utána meg lesheted.... I've met this kind of arrogant jerk service like here, I wanted to cut the ring, the seller was dropping badly (with a jerk phlegm head) that it couldn't be, even though they said they might have lost a stone from the ring tetetni. I do NOT recommend ANYONE to the store as long as it is about selling honey-glazed service, then you can watch it ....

Be nem tartott határidők, amikről nem tájékoztatnak, felháborító stílus, amikor érdeklődünk a lejárt határidők után - majd kiderül, hogy el se küldték megcsinálni úgy, hogy mi fizetünk érte. Végül 1 héttel a határidő lejárta előtt rájuk telefonálva kiderül, hogy el se kezdték és még drágábban is akarják megcsinálni - ezt követően még a jóvátétel (pl. pro bono nagyobbítás) fel se merül. Ezzel szemben 1 nap alatt megcsinálja egy másik ötvös. Nem ajánlom, csak ha nagyon biztos benne az ember, hogy semmi ügyintézésre nincs szükség. They are kind in service, but in case of a problem (the ring needs to be enlarged) bloodthirsty service. Failure to meet deadlines that are not communicated is an outrageous style when we inquire about deadlines - and it turns out that they weren’t even sent to do it the way we pay for it. Finally, by calling them 1 week before the deadline, it turns out that they haven’t even started and want to do it even more expensive - after that, even reparation (e.g. pro bono magnification) doesn’t arise. In contrast, another goldsmith will do it in 1 day. I would not recommend it unless you are very sure that no administration is required.
P	Péter Babinszki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ahogy előttem is írták. vettünk egy csodaszép gyűrűt, a vásárlásnál mondták, hogy nyugodtan menjünk vissza ha be kell belőle vetetni. visszamentünk. akkor már hirtelen csak 2 hónapos határidőt mondott a högy és javasolta, hogy vigyük el egy konkurenciához(S*ck), akik 1-2 nap alatt megcsinálják 2-3 ezer forintból. aha. ők mondtak egy 9 ezres árat és 2 hetes határidőt. egy harmadik helyen 1 héten belül megcsinálták újraaranyozással 4500-ból. as they wrote before me. we bought a beautiful ring, at the time of the purchase we were told to go back calmly if we had to throw in it. we went back. then all of a sudden the lady said only a 2 month deadline and suggested that we take her to a competition (S * ck) who would do it in 2-3 days for 2-3 thousand forints. aha. they said a price of 9,000 and a 2-week deadline. in a third place, they did it within 1 week by re-gilding out of 4,500.

E-mailben feltett kérdésekre nem válaszolnak. Ha annyira nyűgös a webshop üzemeltetés, akkor megsúgom, hogy nem kötelező! 2021-ben nem tudom elfogadni azt, hogy a készleten levő termék hétfői rendelés esetén még azon a héten ne érkezzen meg. Normális webshopoknál már másnapra a kezemben van a cucc. (pl Kockafalu.hu) I ordered a watch online. They waited 2 days to send an email that the package was on its way while not even giving up. Questions asked by email will not be answered. If the operation of a webshop is so fussy, I whisper it is not mandatory!
