Annak ellenére, hogy közel egy órát vártunk az előre beharangozott 30 perc helyett, mégsem sikerült maradéktalanul teljesíteni a leadott rendelésünket. Megérkezett a futár, majd mikor a 2 és fél éves gyerekem feltépte a zacskót, meglepve láttam, hogy egy 2090 forintos tál hiányzik. Azonnal hívtam is az éttermet, ahol közöték, hogy ők bizony belerakták a tálat is a zacskóba. Mondtam, hogy pedig nincs benne, és a zacskó is le volt zárva. Erre közölték, ha közel lakunk be is mehetünk a tálért, de ők bizony kiküldeni már nem tudják. Mondtam is nekik, hogy miért rendeltünk volna, ha be tudnánk menni. De jóváírást is választhatok, amit később levásárolhatok. Szuper.... Azt kértem, de az ígért email sem jött meg a jóváírásról, ahogy az étel sem... A második alkalom elviteles rendelés volt, ahol először papírtálcára "szervírozta" az ételt a "szakács", majd miután konstatálta, hogy elviteles lesz a rendelés, nagy művészettel becsomagolta azt. Így eshetett meg, hogy a salátát már nem rakta a tál mellé külön dobozba. A rizst (amit máskor külön edénybe tesz) beleöntötte a hús és krumpli mellé. Az ételek ízre az árnak megfelelnek, nem ígérnek sokat. Sokat dobna az összhatáson, ha az emelkedő étolajáron nem úgy akarnának spórolni, hogy égett olajban sül a hús. A párom sajnos glutén erzékeny, és ezert megkérdeztük, hogy a kiválasztott étel tartalmazza-e az említett allergént, de a kasszás nem értette miről kérdezünk, szóval nekünk kellett elmagyarázni, hogy búza stb... Harmadszorra sikerült vele nagynehezen megértetni mit is kérdeztünk. Utána a kiválasztott üdítő helyett mást kapott a párom, amit fizetés előtt szóvá is tettünk, majd amikor szóltunk a kasszásnak, hogy legyen kedves sztornózni azt az üdítőt amit nem is kértünk akkor ismételten nem értette mit szeretnénk. Úgyhogy a kasszásnak javasolnék valami más munkakört, ahol nem kell emberekkel foglalkozni, mert ez így egy nulla volt sajnos. Ennek fejében úgy 20 perc várakozás után megkérdeztük, hogy hol tart a rendelésünk, majd erre azt a választ kaptuk, hogy elfelejtettük. Az étel minőségével és az ízével nem volt gond, de a többi az sajnos nagyon gyenge. The service is terribly poor. És mindig jo kedvel humorral telik a vasarlasom jo fejek az ott dolgozok! Csiiplek titeket csak igy tovabb!???
