Personally, I love this place, the store's leading kindly helpful, we have bought more products in the last 10 years and all was fine.

Everything is there and nothing else gets it Peter !!! Recently we bought a nice Gorenje fridge, the spade pack went, we didn't have to worry about it, it was brought to the house, after a few minutes the new appliance was in operation.

Incredibly equipped for its size, everything IS available. From the dishwasher to the million-dollar electric bike, from the Xbox to the electric car. Loans can also be arranged on site.

I invite people to inquire about a product ordered and confirmed by them because they write on the page: "-Temporary stock shortage. Please inquire about the receipt of the product by phone." The man states, "It will never come to life out of it!" - I indicate that it can be ordered on the website. I tell him it's not written on the page. This is what strikes me: "- What do you not understand by what I am saying! Call me because of the wood *****, 8 o'clock while I'm abroad !!!" Here ?? This Alpine jerk man! The earth wears so little on its back. I hope a business like this goes bankrupt very quickly. U.i: I would note here that I called at 9:15. I would NOT recommend it to anyone !!!!!

On August 18, 2021, I ordered a wine cooler for home delivery through the webshop (it would have been a birthday present on September 6). The confirmation email arrived within minutes but did not include any information about the delivery time. On August 31, 2021, I called the phone number on the website. A representative of the company stated that 1. this wine cooler is not in stock, but not even the big kernel, 2. they would not be able to deliver it - if it were, then neither - because the courier would not take it (fragile and Eger is far away), 3. Order why I didn’t call them before handing it over - which is non-sense, since why would I call the company if I could order the product based on the webshop. In the background, his colleague, meanwhile, told him to "put it down in pics @ ba". If I had been notified by email or phone within 1-2 days after the confirmation email that unfortunately I could not fulfill my order, I would have had time to look for another wine cooler so I could surprise her with her birthday. However, neither about the fact that I would have to go to Délegyháza (from Eger) for it, if they could get the product, nor about the fact that they could not get it at all, they didn't contact me in any way. The attitude of the store to customer satisfaction, information and fairness is snappy. I’m glad I chose cash on delivery because I find it questionable whether they would refund the price of the wine cooler on their own or just on demand.
