★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A petőházi állomás jelenleg (2017) szépen rendezett, gyönyörű virágokat ültettek. Jegyvásárlásra nincs lehetőség, a jegyet a vonaton kell megvásárolni, vasúti személyzet már nincs. Az utastájékoztató megújult és modern, kijelző táblával, valamint hangosbemondóval is tájékoztatják az utasokat. Az IC vonatok itt sajnos nem állnak meg, aki arra akar felszállni, azt legközelebb Fertőszentmiklóson teheti meg. A mellékhelységek sajnos nem használhatók, zárva vannak, ez elég sajnálatos.
