Az egyik időben megérkezett, de nem a rendelt színben, ráadásul a bútorkiadásnál összecserélték egy hasonlóval, úgyhogy másnap cserélni kellett... A másik rendelésre végül is csak 12 hetet vártunk, mert már nem vártuk meg, mire helyrehozzák a hibát (több hét lett volna még), így sérülten hoztuk el. Több sztorit is mondtak, hogy mi történt a bútorral a 3 hónap alatt (jobb, ha nem részletezem) ... szóval, azt hiszem, ez magáért beszél. Felháborító, amit megengednek maguknak Two orders were placed simultaneously. C	Csilla Juhászné Szántó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sopronban vásároltam megrendelésre a konyhabútoromat minta alapján nem olyan magasfényű lapot kaptam amit rendeltem nem volt hozzá evőeszköztartó ( már kaptam mire másfél hét után ÉN bementem hogy mégis mi van? ) különböző fogantyúkat kaptam hozzá a csavarok a bútoron látszódnak mindenhol!! ( 160cm a konyha 120000ft volt) A számlán a konyha nevét elvileg a hölgy elírta. Nem próbáltak semmilyen megoldást keresni a problémámra hogy nekem ez nem tetszik én nem ilyet rendeltem. Többször is bennt voltam állítják az igazukat. Főnökség sehol. F	Fruzsi Bálint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soha többet nem megyünk a petra bútorboltba! Aki teheti, jó messzire kerülje el. Több dolgot rendeltünk egyszerre, a komód egy hét késéssel jött meg. Ez is úgy derült ki, hogy mi hívtuk őket, es mondtsk, h a komod kivetekevel mindent kehet vinni. Mikor szóltak, hogy a komód is végre elhozható, kiderült, hogy fogantyúk nincsenek hozzá, ezért gyorsan leszerelnek egy másik bútorról. Ami egyáltalán nem a mi komódunkhoz való. Az ember elvárná, hogy ha már rendel valamit, akkor ahogy hazahozta, azt tudja is használni. We never go to the petra furniture store again! Who can do it, avoid it far away. Számlát nem adnak, a bútorok összeszerelése közben derül ki, hogy nem megfelelő méretűek a bùtordarabok, hiányoznak csavarok, és egyéb alkatrészek stb. Reklamálás után csak annyi a válaszuk, hogy oldjam meg vagy minumum 3 hetet kell várjak, hogy küldjék a hiányzó és rossz bùtorrészeket. Persze utána se küldték meg mindet. A két ott dolgozó hölgy kommunikàciója siralmas. Ha én nem kerestem volna fel őket akkor azóta is küldenék a hiányzó dolgokat! I don't recommend them to anyone! No invoices are given, furniture assemblies reveal inadequate size of furniture pieces, missing screws and other parts, etc. After the complaint, all they have to do is reply or wait at least 3 weeks to send the missing and bad piece of furniture. Of course, they were not sent after all. The communication between the two ladies there is sad. If I hadn't contacted them, I'd have been sending the missing stuff ever since!
K	Krisztián Máté on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csalódás. A kiszolgálás csak addig volt kedves míg a 300ezret ki nem fizettük. 11hetet vártunk a szekrényre amit meg is kaptunk +18ezerért leszálítva. Nos a mosogató elem törött volt, az üveges szekrény ajtajáról a laminálás leverve és a határtalan bunkósága a fiatal hölgynek hát... Az biztos hogy többet oda nem fogunk menni.. De hogy ajánlani sem fogom senkinek az is biztos!! Ez azt a szintet sem éri el hogy pontozzam.. SZAR HELY!! Disappointment. The service was kind only until we paid 300,000. We waited 11 weeks for the closet which we received and delivered for + 18 thousand. Well, the sink element was broken, the lamination off the glass cabinet door and the boundless jerk on the young lady's back ... I'm sure we won't go there anymore. But I will not recommend it to anyone for sure !! It doesn't even reach the level to score .. SHIT PLACE !!
