I ordered it from them today with home delivery and after 2 hours I received my order. I also informed them on the phone 2 times that it was late, on the second call I wanted the order to be canceled and not delivered, because then it was already more than 90 minutes late. I told them that the food would not be fresh anymore and the dessert I ordered would definitely melt in the great heat. I replied that after placing an order it cannot be canceled and then the next time I get a free tiramisu. I think this level of service is unacceptable and if they can’t deliver orders within a maximum of 1 hour then they shouldn’t have to deal with home delivery. This is literally pathetic. Needless to say, when the order arrived, the 2-hour hamburger looked as if someone had vomited, the hamburger cake was completely soaked in the sauces and the meat inside was cold. The wrap I ordered just opened its box and immediately threw it out in the trash. Unfortunately, the standard of hospitality in all of Debrecen is quite poor, there is a problem everywhere, but it was harsher than ever.

Today we ordered as part of an action messenger from petra'z. One buddha bowl with jasmine rice without garlic, another buddha bowl with steamed vegetables and a petra'z burger without tomatoes. I placed my order at noon, half time my order was confirmed again. I called them at half past three to see where they were, and at the eighth ring I got the following answer: sorry, we have a lot of orders for the promotion, but your food is right there. At exactly three o'clock the courier came (I would pick it up again, I ordered it at noon) and handed me a bag that was chattering in some sauce. Needless to say, the food didn’t look exactly like the pictures, I feel more apt about the word moss. In the buddha bowl I found four grains of chicken breast and three sagging little broccoli, hazelnuts nowhere. Thank God the meat was replaced with the greenish brown sauce soaked in the whole bag and steamed vegetables. The hamburger was delicious, just well shocked with tomatoes, which is even luck that I asked earlier not to ask. Overall, I would have settled for even the long delivery time if the food had lived up to expectations. I hope I can also attach a picture to my post, I think it would be instructive.

True, this has been maturing in me for a while now because I don't want anyone else to go that way! But I would have liked to be aware of this, who would have cast his vote for this carelessly executed, carelessly executed place. In my experience, the food they give there was not in a thankful relationship with the food I ordered either. I always do for myself what I eat, but that day it was missed and I didn’t want to eat trash in any other competing fast food. The girl with the glasses working there and the kneading employee who strained the most. There was complete indifference in their attitude, even though they are not being attacked! As if only I would do me a favor to choose them. I all said the idea is great, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired ....

Expensive, terribly, but if you don't want to eat garbage and eat it every day, you can. Serving is fast, almost everything is lactose free. Tastes good too.

It was a tremendous breakthrough for 1690 (+100 shipments) ft -I'm bigger than the couple's eyes, half a kilo of lettuce - I waited for 3 hours -The courier was a mess I never order more from here I don't recommend it to anyone else

plus the point is that not everything is rotating around the meat! the picture shows a correct veggie burger! I am glad that not the usual cheese-based fantastic veggie burger, but a cake from vegetables. to improve, that the garnish was unfortunately cold, sweet potatoes in vain.
