The old nobility of the Petrás family was confirmed in 1785 by János Márton and András Petrás before the General Assembly of Fejér County. As János Petrás did not have children, he sold the manor and part of his estate to Ignác Koller. After the death of Ignác Koller, the eldest son of the mansion became Tivadar. Tivadar Koller had 8 children as a Member of Parliament. Part of the family lived in the mansion until its nationalization in 1949. After the building was taken from the Koller family, it fell into the hands of the TSZ in the early 1950s. It was remodeled in the 1970s and housed offices.
