The next one wasn’t done in the next week, so I had to call them again because they weren’t looking for themselves by the time they said they were asking for another week. It was already the 8th Week, compared to the promised 4-6 weeks. Of course, this is just a recommended time, it was brought to my attention, but I quickly forgot that I had been promised 1 week. No responsibility, went to the finger pointing at the manufacturer. Instead of the leader (s), I would reconsider dealing with the problem because it is quite pathetic that they are not taking on anything. If the manufacturer made a mistake, they will be lubricated and that’s it. They just forgot that I bought the bed from them and not from the manufacturer. For this reason, the name of the store is used. It was hard, but I just got the bed compared to the recommended time plus 2 weeks. At the reception, I signaled my dissatisfaction to the people working there, the handling of the situation in the previous weeks, but I received nothing but carelessness.
