Best Museum in Hungary

It is a peaceful little site with cosy ambience, I like just sitting there looking out at the valley below. There is a large fenced meadow nearby, this time we went to see the bison and the wild horses there. 'Twas a lovely walk.
H	Helene Dsouza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice corner across the Slovenian border. The old farm house museum is well done and worth a visit. We went after corona and there were not many people, which was a plus point. The food is awesome. Try the dodol with deer pörkölt.

It would be better to have more informative signs, boards ... it's interesting for both elder and children to see the local, old country-side buildings, tools, read about life and inhabitants habits. Children also can play at the playground inside skanzen.

Some elements are truly amazing to see live, mainly because it shows the upper class of the village life along with the not so wealthy as well. The ticket prices are OK, but it would make it a lot more interesting if there were guides as well, which could make it a lot more interesting. Local "fast" food can also be found here, along with shops for merchandise and souvenirs. Unteresting and informational, but it would have much more visitors if if featured events as well.

Besides the buildings, local flora and fauna are also depicted and shown whichever is possible. Tickets are reasonably priced, however local "fast" food seems a bit overpriced, just like merchandise and souvenirs. Free parking lots are available.
