Hosszas várakozási idő, rendszeresen eltévesztik, összekeverik a rendeléseket. A személyzet kritikán aluli. Volt, hogy 30percet vártunk a helyszínen a pizzákra.Viszont a minőség nem ingadozik??
A	Ati Szaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza kiváló ,kicsit drágább a többinél, a szállítási idő hagy némi kivetnivalót maga után. Sibrik Miklós tol a Sárkány center másik oldalához 1:45 perc volt rendelestöl számítva, ennyi idő alatt gyalog is megjárom! The pizza is excellent, a little more expensive than the others, the delivery time leaves something to be desired. Miklós Sibrik pushes to the other side of the Sárkány center 1:45 minutes from the order, during that time I walk on foot!
C	Csaba Kelemen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elvitelre rendeltem. Ezzel nem is volt gond 15 perc alatt kész volt a pizza. Igaz régen ettem itt de az a pizza finom volt. Az egyik kedvencem volt. De ez még volt szórva vastagon valami darával amitől olyan száraz és ízetlen lett hogy alig lehetett lenyelni. Mi a bánat van ezen? Illetve e nélkül nem lehet kérni? Mert ez így nekem nem jön be. I ordered it to be taken away. There was no problem with that, the pizza was ready in 15 minutes. I did eat here a long time ago but that pizza was delicious. It was one of my favorites. But it was still sprinkled thickly with some grit that made it so dry and tasteless that it could hardly be swallowed. What's wrong with that? Or you can't ask without it? Because that's not how it works for me.
B	Betti P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 óra előtt leadtam a rendelést, 11.45-re kértem. 12-re ért hozzánk. 4 közepes pizzát rendeltünk, 2 vastag tésztával. A honlapon a pizza mérete 31 CM! A rendelés során nem derül ki, hogy a vastag tésztás kisebb. Visszakuldtem a futárral, akinek fogalma sem volt, ahogy nekem sem, hogy miért kisebb 2 pizza, mint a másik 2. Kértem, hogy adjon egy telefonszámot, nem tudott. Felhívtam egy központi számot, ahol azt mondták, hogy a honlapon a gyakori kérdéseknel(!!!) fent van, hogy az kisebb. Megkérdezem, hogy ugye viccel? Rendelés közben nem írnak semmi ilyet, ugye nem gondolja komolyan, hogy a gyik-et olvasgatom... Ekkor már nagyon csalódott és éhes voltam. Néhány perc múlva felháborodva hívtak vissza engem, hogy hát grammban megegyeznek a tészták. Elmagyaráztam, hogy a honlapon én cm-ben rendeltem, nem grammban. Gondolom a hölgynek nem számítana, ha 1 nm 5 mm vastag laminált padlót kapna, vagy 0,5 nm 12 mm, ha súlyra ugyanannyit nyom. Szerintem ezt illene feltuntetniuk rendesen! A legszebb, hogy egyik hölgy sem mondta, hogy sajnáljuk! Hihetetlen csalódás! Nem rendelek többet. I placed the order before 10am, I asked for 11.45am. He reached 12 for us. We ordered 4 medium pizzas with 2 thick doughs. The size of the pizza on the website is 31 CM! It is not clear during the order that the thick dough is smaller. I sent it back with the courier who had no idea, nor did I, why 2 pizzas were smaller than the other 2. I asked him to give me a phone number, he couldn’t. I called a central number where they said that the website with the frequently asked questions (!!!) above is smaller. I'm asking if you're kidding, aren't you? They don't write anything like that when ordering, don't you seriously think I'm reading the FAQ ... I was very disappointed and hungry by then. After a few minutes, they called me back indignantly, so the pasta was the same in grams. I explained that on the website I ordered in cm, not grams. I guess it wouldn’t matter to the lady if she got a 1nm 5mm thick laminate floor or 0.5nm 12mm if she weighed the same amount. I think they should point this out properly! The most beautiful thing is that none of the ladies said we were sorry! Incredible disappointment! I don't order anymore.

Nem beszélve arról hogy maszk nélkül sipítozunk, hogy maszkot legyen szíves. Nyilván visszakérdeztem hogy és önnek ha szabad kérdeznem? Itt olyan meleg van hangzott a válasz. - egyedül vagyok rengeteg a rendelés. Cigizés után persze nem mosunk kezet, sem köhögés után. Soha többet ide… The 31 cm pizza I just ordered was made to 27 with a little benevolence. I would like to mention the quality and style of the service. The worst thing about it, when i called and tried to explain the manager that the whole pizza is burned, your employees hang the phone. For a few times! I will post your pizza online and let the people say what do they think of it.
