Az elmúlt 3 évem az Alföldvizes számlák bogarászásával telt, több időt fordítok az ő egyetlen számlázási és elszámolási rendszerükre, mint az összes többi szolgáltatóra együtt! Kapcsolat nulla! Ügyfélszolgálat tudatlan, cég szétesve, ami arra utal hogy gazdátlan is az egész! Végre lett egy app pár éve ami úgy is maradt, mint egy első szemeszteres IT hallgató légy házi feladata! Hagytam a telefonon... hátha... Semmi!!! Bejelenteni felesleges és lehetetlen! Ill. Kérdezném, hogy milyen jogon és alapon engedik meg Ők maguknak azt, hogy három hónapot ami persze csak becsült, egybe kiküldjönek? Ki kérte? Ki engedélyezte mindezt? És miért 3 csekken? A többi szolgáltatónál 5 perc alatt ki is fizetjük a számlákat! A múlt hónapba többszöri kísérlet után nagynehezen beléptünk,elindítottuk a befizetést....és a végén kiírta,hogy sikertelen.A számlámat se tudjuk megtekinteni,nemhogy kifizetni!!!!!De gondolom késedelmi kamatot azt nem felejtik el rögzíteni!!!!
