Amikor egy egyszerű átalakítási munkával kapcsolatban megkerestem a céget, az építész és a felelős tervező is segítőkésznek bizonyult és arról biztosítottak, hogy hamarosan jelentkeznek. Hetek teltek el, de nem vették fel velem a kapcsolatot, így én kezdtem el érdeklődni. Számtalan telefonhívás, email és üzenethagyás után sem érkezett válasz. Érthetetlen okból teljes elzárkózást tapasztaltam a felelős tervező részéről. Bármikor kerestem az „úriembert”, az volt a válasz, hogy nem tartózkodik az irodában. Hetek óta??? Nevetséges!!! Már nekem volt kellemetlen újra és újra jelentkezni. Annyi tartás nem volt az illetőben, hogy egy nemleges választ írjon (amennyiben meggondolta magát a munkát illetően), vagy megbízzon valakit, hogy tárgyaljon velem a folytatásról. Egy csillaggal díjazom az ügyfelekhez való hozzáállásukat. Planbau Ltd. designed our house, which we bought through a contractor. When I approached the company about a simple remodeling job, both the architect and the responsible designer proved to be helpful and assured that they would apply soon. We had been going for weeks, but they hadn’t contacted me, so I started to get interested. After countless phone calls, emails and messages, there was no response. For an incomprehensible reason, I experienced complete aloofness on the part of the responsible designer. Whenever I was looking for the “gentleman,” the answer was that he was not in the office. For weeks??? Ridiculous!!! It was already uncomfortable for me to apply again and again. There wasn’t enough hold on him to write a negative answer (if he changed his mind about the job) or entrust someone to negotiate with me about the sequel. I reward their attitude to customers with a star.

Ebből is látszik, hogy a műveltséget nem a diplomával kapják az emberek. Ezek után nem ajánlom senkinek. I wanted to inquire on the phone after a design, the "learned" engineer put the talefon without a response. It also shows that people are not educated with a degree. After that, I do not recommend to anyone.
