Best Boarding house in Hungary

L	Ljubiša Ćerketa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cosy place. Rooms are bit small, but very clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Recomendation for everyone who visits Debrecen. It is also biker friendly. My grup of 4 motorcycles spent night here on our trip to Chernobyl Ukraine.
P	Paul Waterfall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent accommodation, the room was very clean and tidy, very big and spacious, lots of natural light. Tv and fridge in room, nice big bathroom, really would highly recommend this place to anyone. Also close to main square and 15 mins walk to bus/train station.
A	Alice Sprinceana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so lucky to book a room which happened to be have a last minute offer (room 11 in the attic), with 4 beds. Albeit I was at first skeptical of the offer (the price was really good, the hotel itself was very close to Debrecen's center and it seemed too good to be true) I stuck to my gut feeling and wasn't disappointed. I was met by lovely staff, which spoke English well, tidy rooms, a touch of clean towels wrapped with a black ribbon, and last but not least they had in the reception room booklets with Debrecen's touristic attractions in languages such as Russian, English, Hungarian and Romanian.

Negative: The bathroom was very cramped. There was no cleaning of my room for the two days I spent there which I also found unusual..
M	Magyarmike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The panzió is situated perfect in the city center of Debrecen. The check-in went very fast which was a positive surprise for me. It was already after midnight and I was tired from my flight. So this was great. The room was okay but on a sort of attic so without view. The single bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower was not very high because the roof was not high there. But everything was clean and also the WiFi was fast! I had room number 10.. Negative: The man who checked me in works hard, also in the morning with the breakfast. However the girl was very slow, didn't notice me at first and let me wait 5-10 minutes. She also didn't clean tables from other guests that had already left. When the man was in the breakfastroom she started to wash dishes, but as soon as the man left, she stopped the work and disappeared. It was funny to see but I think not so funny if it is your employee. The breakfast is good; a variety of meat, jam and eggs boiled, fried or scrambled..
Z	Zaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff are very friendly and willing to help a lot even though they have language barriers, in addition even if some facilities are not offered you can ask them and they might try to do it for you with their own tools. they guide you if you are new tell you about new places where to go where not to go, they introduce you to new people. I felt very happy!. Negative: I feel the rooms could of been better, and facilities offered should be within my reach more, like an iron, washing machine maybe etc. I would've liked if they asked to change like the sheets, trash etc while in my stay but either way it didnt bother me that much.

Just a few minutes walking to the station and the airport bus. Shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. ( less than 10 min) Restaurant downstairs is good but if you just want a beer its way too expensive. Overall a very pleasant experience.
