Ciste prostredie, miesta na sedenie a moznost priniest si so sebou vlastne veci ako na plaz-ide o verejne priestranstvo. Dost parkovnych miest,na trave pred komplexom,aj vzadu,na druhej strane. Dost stromov,ktore robia v pripadebpotreby tien. Moznost zapozicania si cln alebo vodny bicykel.
