Booked through ryanair website. Bristol Airport to Bristol. Then I got tickets and it only stops on the outskirts not in the city. I then canceled all within hours of the booking but they only gave me credit and no refund.

Driver met me as described with a sign. As he was parked far away from arrival terminal I had to chase the driver to the shuttle which was parked 15 minutes away from airport. Driver then dropped me off at termini station even though I had paid extra for drop off at hotel. I would not use this shuttle company again.

Booking PlusAirportline through the Ryanair website allowed me to book this shuttle bus service. But when I arrived at my destination I received an email to say that I booked too late and I could not be accommodated. System should not allow you to book if it is past their time limit.

Raynair allows you to book non-existent bus and than few days before a flight they will send you email with 'one of your flights is not covered by our partner's timetable' and no refund can be made

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We booked and paid a bus transfer with PlusAirportline (through Ryanair) from Warszaw Modlin Airport to Warszaw Center (and return) about one month before our planned travel in the beginning of September. A few days before the departure date we got a mail from PlusAirportline that they were unable to provide the bus service. They offered however a door to door service but it was three times the price so we didn't accept that and asked for a full refund. They pointed out that their terms and conditions specified 30 days to reimburse us. We provided immediately the requested information about our bank to PlusAirportline for transfer of the money. More than 30 days have now passed and we have still not received the refund!!

Terrible service. We booked an airport to city and city to airport transfer and we are very disappointed. At first they forgot to take us from the airport to our hotel. For the transfer from the city to the airport they didn't came at the right time, so we had to take a taxi because we were running late and we would missed our flight.

If I could give no stars I would. I booked a return transfer through Ryanair. I received my e ticket with no pick up and departure times. I have emailed several times to request this. On my pick up ticket it said 60 minutes after arrival for pick up. I have to call some number the day before to arrange my departure time. Never experienced this before. I cancelled but they gave me a credit note. Something I am disputing at the moment. Avoid this company
