Niets meer gehoord, dus daarna zelf 3x gebeld en we zouden teruggebeld worden, dit gebeurde niet. Daarna na 3 weken weer terug gegaan en toen wisten ze nog niets. We werden absoluut niet op de hoogte gehouden en hebben uiteindelijk ons geld teruggevraagd. Slechte service en geen bestelling.
Telefonisch bij een ander bedrijf besteld op woensdag en op vrijdag werd het netjes afgeleverd.
Order placed on July 10, paid and the order would be delivered on July 24 or 25.
Heard nothing, so after that we called 3x ourselves and we would be called back, this did not happen. Then went back after 3 weeks and then they knew nothing. We were not kept informed at all and eventually reclaimed our money. Poor service and no order.
Ordered by phone at another company on Wednesday and on Friday it was neatly delivered.
