Hol máshol van ilyen, hogy a hibás termékért újra kellene fizetnie a vásárlónak, hogy végre megkapja a normálisat?
Nevetséges, szánalmas ügyfél kezelés. Pedig már voltunk náluk jó párszor, de biztosan utoljára.

They wanted to pay for their own fault with the customer.
Where else is it that the buyer would have to pay again for the defective product to finally get the normal one?
Ridiculous, pathetic customer treatment. We've been with them a good few times, but for the last time.
