★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nagy csalódás volt a szolgáltatás. Fehér-arany nyakláncom egy foltban sárgulni kezdett, ezért fordultam hozzájuk ródiumoztatni. December közepén vittem el, s egy hét múlva mehettem érte - mikoris a nyakláncot pont olyan állapotban adták vissza, mint amiben ott hagytam. Munkatársuk először tagadta, s el akarta hitetni velem, hogy elvégezték a munkát, majd azt mondta, hogy enged valamennyit az árból, és ha továbbra is elégedetlen vagyok vele, akkor januárban valamikor újra elvégzik a szolgáltatást... Mondanom sem kell, hogy nem hagytam ott.
Unfortunately, the service was a big disappointment. My white-gold necklace started to turn yellow in a spot, so I turned to them for rhodium plating. I took it in mid-December and was able to go for it in a week - when the necklace was returned exactly as I left it. My co-worker first denied and wanted to convince me that the job was done and then said he would let me down, and if I'm still dissatisfied, they would do the service again in January ... Needless to say, I didn't leave there.
