The next day I received an email that one or more products are out of stock, I ask for the product that is or I cancel the order! I asked for the product to be shipped, but that night they wrote that my order was canceled because the other product is out of stock! But then why is the site indicating that it is in stock for everything and will be shipped within 1-2 business days when they cannot deliver .... Oh and of course customer service cannot be reached by phone.

I do not recommend to anyone. They should manually update inventory information on the website, but do not update it. They say they didn't work now because of the heat! :She When I called I should have received the product, which according to the website is in stock and will be delivered in 2-3 days ... it was stated that it is not and will not be. The deadlines are not met, the customer service is phlegmatic and silly.

I join the frustrated customer candidates in front of me. I also received two automated emails stating that my order is being processed. I gave a grace period of two days and then ordered the selected product from elsewhere. He even arrived from the other web store in one day. Then I withdrew from the ominous order. Another hour of automatic mail arrived: the selected product is out of stock. But I did well to order from elsewhere ... 1; Why advertise a product in stock that is not actually in stock? Is this the honeycomb? In the 21st century, several (ie all) webshops already have inventory management functions ... 2; If they receive an email from the buyer, it is appropriate to respond to it. 3; Did they read any automated emails sent by their own system at all? Guessing and harassment alternate between the lines. I am not waiting for an apology and I am not asking for a "we are trying to improve our shortcomings" response. I suggest eliminating these amateur mistakes as soon as possible, because opinions like mine are constantly gathering and this will be the end of it. I dare to hope that this is not all about pulling down ...
