Feleségemen, és rajtam kívül mindenki hambit kért, mi csirkés wrap-et. 45 perc elteltével jeleztem a pénztáros hölgynek, hogy nem kaptuk meg a rendelést. A válasz: sütőben van, még készül, ne aggódjunk. A 39-es számot kaptuk, már 46 nál jártak a számok. Akik később jöttek, már ették a csodacsirkét, amihez 55 perc kell. Újabb 10 perc, ismét szólok. Akkor már a hölgy ingerültebb hangnemben mondta, hogy ez egy étterem, itt frissen sül minden ( csirkéről van szó- 55 perc?). Nem tetszett a hangnem, így kértem, hogy sztornózzák a rendelésem, kérem vissza a pénzt. Semmi, ment az erőltetett, mentegetőző duma. Kértem az üzletvezetőt, erre az egyik pincér srác jött oda...Értetlenül, süket fülekre találtam. Közben elkészült az étel, de nem kértem. Otthagytam a pulton, és eljöttünk. Két észrevétel: -Ha tudjátok hogy sok a rendelés, nyugodtan meg lehet mondani, hogy 1 órát kell várni. -Ha elfelejtitek a rendelést, nem az a megoldás, hogy kiforgatjátok az ember szavait, elég egy "Bocsi, elfelejtettünk titeket." Nem ajánlom! We arrived with a group of 10 people. My wife and me all asked for a hambi, what a chicken wrap. After 45 minutes I informed the cashier that we had not received the order. The answer is: it's in the oven, it's ready, don't worry. We got the number 39, the number was 46 already. Those who came later had eaten the miracle chicken, which took 55 minutes. Another 10 minutes, I'll speak again. Then the lady said in a more irritated tone that this was a restaurant, and everything here is fresh (chicken - 55 minutes?). I didn't like the tone so I asked for my order to be canceled, please get the money back. Nothing, the forced, apologetic duma went. I asked the store manager, and one of the waiter guys came over to this ... I was foolish, deaf ears. Meanwhile, the food was ready, but I didn't ask. I left the counter and we came. Two remarks: -If you know that there are a lot of orders, you can safely say wait 1 hour. -If you forget the order, the solution is not to twist the man's words, a "Sorry, we forgot you." Not recommended!
M	Mátyás Hegyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyenlőre csak az év strandétele ezüst érmes ételét próbáltuk náluk, a marha szegyes cibattat de ez alapján egyértelmű, hogy vissza kell jönni más ételeket is kipróbálni. Hamburger kedvelőként a libamájas és a bacon burger is felkeltette az érdeklődésemet, de függetlenül attól, hogy a cibatta nem egy nagy adag, ezeket csak egy következő alkalommal fogjuk megkóstolni. Mert lesz következő alkalom az biztos.
