★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nyílászáró csere előre megbeszélt időpontjában nem jelentek meg, hiába voltam szabadságon emiatt. Nem is értesítettek, hogy ne várjak tovább mert nem jönnek.
Amikor megtörtént a csere, a fóliák eltávolítása utána vettem észre, hogy az egyik tok sarka törött. Ezt jeletem is azonnal, azóta csak az ígérgetés megy a cseréről.
A történtek miatt felajánlottak 15e Ft értékben szúnyoghálót, ám hetek elteltével sem kaptam meg ezeket.
A héten jeleztem, hogy az egyik ablak belesúrol a tokba és tudnának-e rajta állítani kicsit. Első megbeszélt időintervallumban nem értek ki, így elindultam otthonról. Második megbeszélt napon szintén senki nem jelent meg, a telefont pedig fel sem vették.
 They did not show up at the pre-arranged time of the door and window replacement, despite being on leave because of this. They didn't even let me wait any longer because they weren't coming.
When the replacement was done, after removing the transparencies, I noticed that the corners of one of the cases were broken. I also signal this immediately, since then only the promise of replacement has gone away.
Because of what happened, they offered mosquito nets worth 15 thousand HUF, but I didn't receive them after weeks.
This week I indicated if one of the windows was rubbing into the case and if they could adjust it a bit. I didn’t get out in the first agreed time interval, so I left home. On the second day arranged, no one also appeared, and the phone was not picked up.
