The Hotel PORTRÉ is an graceful place with soul and an incredible nice team with wonderful charming rooms, extremely clean (much more clean than many Swiss places). I loved it instantly and decide to stay some extra days. Last but not least I highly appreciate the excellent food. You can choose between local and international menu‘s either way everything is truly nice ??? Andrea and her Team deserves six stars out of five ?

It is in the center of the small town. Nice building, very stylish inside. The food is really great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room is comfortable and cosy. Only negative was the bathroom because it smells like the sewage smell comes back from the toilet or the shower.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in town, not cheap but good quality in overall. The variety on the other hand could be further improved as there are only a few meatless options on the menu.

I know Portré - Köszeg for the last 5 years now. Each time I visit the in-laws in Köszeg, we always decide to return to Portré for our family gathering. This restaurant is an absolute no fail in town and probably is the reference for hanging out with friends & family. They deliver a large variety of pizza and main courses covering hungarian dishes & italian/mediterranean meals type. The staff is always helpful and considered to our requests. They do their best to accomodate us to the best they can. It is such an enjoyable place, especially if seated by the patio overlooking the town square while having a chilled Staropramen or Koszegi Sör. If you are looking for a relax & cosy place for dinner, head to Portré you will not be dissapointed. Try to go there well on time to get a table, it comes really busy between the 18:00 - 21:00 time window during the summer holiday & weekends. Thank you Portré for all the meals delivered we 've had over the years, I ll be coming back next summer for sure. Keep the good work until then.

Only visit if you like waiting 45 minutes for an overpriced drink and or meal... which will be served without a smile. Avoid.

Basic Austrian menu, owner likes to do her business in the dining room, literally holds business meetings right there. Food is average at best and often poorly presented, a la hospital food, The service is non existent, be prepared to order drinks with your meal because once they have your food order you won't see them again until your food is ready.. maybe.. maybe not. On several occasion the staff have forgotten parts of our orders. Forget about having a boys night too as it seems the staff have adopted a one drink policy for customers as they are too lazy to serve you more than they see fit. Your custom interferes with their leisure time see.. Probably the restaurant I would recommend to my most hated enemy. This is a god awful place and expensive as **** to boot, who is happy to pay 700fts for a beer and then wait more than 40 minutes for a waitress/waiter to stare right through you as you attempt to order another. Useless place, avoid avoid avoid.
