Nem hívtak nem kerestek nem ia írtak, hogy már ki gozták a csomagom inkább azt írrák, hogy vegyem át a postán a csomagom. Igen eddig kerestek ha jött volna csomagom meg tudták hova kell hozni. Most kifejezetten nem szóltak. Én itthon voltam vártam de gondolom nem akartak keresni, hogy voltak a vsomagommal de elfelejtettek szólni vagy nem akartak. What can I say yesterday I received a message saying that I had the parcel I ordered at the courier. They didn't call me, they didn't look for me, and they wrote that they had already taken out my luggage, and they wrote that I would take my luggage by mail. They've been looking for me so far if I had my luggage they knew where to bring it. They did not speak explicitly now. I was waiting at home but I guess they didn't want to look for me if they were with me but forgot to say or didn't want to.

Hivatali kézbesítés?-kérdezem, hosszú csend...."hhh nem értem - mondja alvó, nyöszörgő hangon a Magyar Posta alkalmazottja. Mégegyszer elmondom, még most sem eszmél, még mindig nem érti! Lényeg, nem tudja, mit lehet, teljesen nemleges hozzáállás, nem csak fogalma nincs a megoldáshoz és nem tud segíteni, de érezhetően nem is akar! Felháborító ez a tehetetlenségük! Eddig nem véleményeztem, de ez már a sokadik tehetetlenkedésük volt! Nem 1 csillagra értékelem, hanem mínusz 1* Elszomorító alkalmazottak, persze ennyi bérért ilyen munkaerőt kapnak! Unintelligible, unformed, unprepared employees! My phone conversation: Hello, I wish you a good night! Office delivery? -I ask, long silence .... "hhh I don't understand," says an employee of Magyar Posta in a sleepy, whimpering voice. Bottom line, you don’t know what to do, you have a completely negative attitude, not only do you have no idea about the solution and you can’t help it, but you obviously don’t want to! This inertia is outrageous! I haven’t commented yet, but that was their many inertia already! I don't rate it 1 star, but minus 1 * Sad employees, of course they get such a workforce for so much pay!
P	Pentele Pollák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedves, gyors kiszolgálás. Rendszeresen veszem igénybe a szolgáltatásaikat, sosem volt panaszom. A postaboltban szolgálatot teljesítő hölgyeket külön kiemelném, rendkívül készségesek. Mindig hozzájuk viszem a feladni kívánt levélküldeményeket is. Csak ajánlani tudom. A mai napon (december 10-én 16:10) ismételten 100%-os, kifogástalan minőségű kiszolgálásban volt részem a 2. számú ablaknál dolgozó hölgy személyében. Remélem sokáig látok majd még ilyen hasonlóan kedves, segítőkész és udvarias ügyintézőket ezen a postán. Kind, fast service. I use their services regularly, I have never had a complaint. I would like to single out the ladies who serve in the post office, they are extremely willing. I always bring the letters I want to send to them as well. I can only recommend. Today (December 10, 4:10 pm), I once again had 100% impeccable quality service in the person of the lady working at window # 2. I hope to see such similarly kind, helpful and polite clerks in this post for a long time to come.
P	Péter Nyitrai Péter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beêrkezês utàni nap visszafordîtott postân maradó csomag, holott 10napos tàrolàssal kértük.Címzettet ki sem értesîtették pedig minden elérhetőség a csomagon volt.Telefont mêg vêletlenül sem hajlandóak felvenni! R	Róbert Laub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas! A telefont tényleg nem veszik fel. Külföldi nyomkövetési számmal rendelkező csomagom 3 napja náluk porosodik. Semmi kézbesítés, semmi értesítés. Miért is fizetek szállítási díjat??? Terrible! They really don't pick up the phone. My package with a foreign tracking number has been dusting with them for 3 days. No delivery, no notification. Why do I pay a shipping fee ???
A	Antik Hold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dolgozókkal alapvetően nincs problémám,de maga a rendszer az katasztrófálisan nem ügyfélbarát.Szinte mindig tömeg,túlterheltség.Az ajánlott levelek átvétele mindig kész tortúra.Ami miatt viszont végképp besokalltam,hogy NEM VESZIK FEL A TELEFONT!Két számon probálkoztam fél napig ,(az egyik a kézbesítési papíron szereplő,a másik a nyilvános)reménytelen,és náluk ez természetes. There is basically no problem with the workers, but the system itself is not catastrophically customer-friendly. Nem az a baj,hogy az alkalmazott nem ismeri a szabályt, hanem az, hogy a felsőbbvezető sem aki nemtörődöm, lekezelő módon viselkedik . Nem tudják értelmezni a Teljeskörüli meghatalmazás fogalmát a Magyar postánál. A problémámat, panaszomat továbbítottam a Magyar Posta Zrt nek . Akik ígéretet tettek, hogy felvilágosítják az egri 1-es posta dolgozóit . I would rather not give a single star because of an unqualified attitude, misunderstanding! The problem is not that the employee does not know the rule, but that the senior manager who does not care is behaving in a condescending way. They cannot interpret the concept of Full Power of Attorney at Magyar Posta. I forwarded my problem and complaint to Magyar Posta Zrt. Those who made a promise to enlighten the employees of the 1st post office in Eger.

Csak nekem van egy 9 honapos kisfiam, és nem két percre van a posta. Ha tehetném , kihagynám őket az életemből. The whole post office is disgusting. Whatever I get, lazy to ring or come up would rather throw in the notification. I only have a 9-month-old baby boy and not the post office for two minutes. If I could, I would leave them out of my life.
