A szolgáltatást kissé drágának tartom, viszont eddig megbízhatóan működik. Összeségében elégedett vagyok. The online service ordered within two days blindfolded. S	Sápi Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hete köttettünk be 140/10 megás kábeles internetet, azóta hacolunk, hogy legalább a garantált sávszélesség elérhető legyen, 4 kiszállás és 6 telefonhívás után sem jutott sehová sem az internet, a telefonos ügyfélszolgálat nem ad információt arról, hogy mi a belső probléma, mindig csak munkalapot írnak, ha ezt nem kérjük semmit sem csinálnak, Kiszálláskor mondják el a kollégák, hogy mi a körül belüli probléma a rendszerben. (Ami vicc, hiszen nem az a dolguk, hogy magyarázkodjanak.) Amikor senki sem használja az internetet, (hajnalban) tökéletes az internet, este pedig 4-10 mega jön be. Borzalmas és egyben kiábrándító. We connected 140/10 megabytes of cable internet 2 weeks ago, since then we have been making sure that at least the guaranteed bandwidth is available, after 4 get-outs and 6 phone calls the internet is nowhere to be found, the telephone customer service does not provide information about what the internal problem is, always they only write a worksheet if we don’t ask you to do anything about it, When you take off, your colleagues tell you what the problem is around the system. (Which is a joke, since it's not their job to explain.) When no one is using the internet, the internet is perfect (at dawn) and 4-10 mega comes in the evening. Terrible and disappointing at the same time.

Vihar idejen el szokott menni az internet, de ez megszokhato ill. a masik nagyobb szolgaltatonal is ez a helyzet, osszessegeben elegedett vagyok a szolgaltatassal, Cibakon tudom javasolni masoknak is. The internet service is adequate, it usually brings the promised speed to the low response time, so it is also suitable for games / streaming. During the storm, the internet used to go away, but this is common. this is also the case with the other major service providers, I am overall satisfied with the service, I can recommend it to others in Cibak as well.

Sokkal kissebb csomagok jönnek be, mint amire előfizettünk. De a múlt hónapban is ez volt. Természetesen kiszámláztak Prémium extra, HD+ csomagot. Jelenleg amik bejönnek csatornák megfelelnek a sima prémium csomagnak, és filmbox csomaggal. Sajnos a szüleim kifizették. Mert nem tudták kevesebbet kapnak többért. Gratulálok ehhez pofa kell. But that was the case last month. Of course, they were billed for a Premium extra, HD + package. Currently, what comes in channels are in line with the plain premium package and filmbox package. Unfortunately, my parents paid for it. Because they couldn’t get less for more. Congratulations I need a muzzle for this.
