★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite Budapest groceries. Lots of inexpensive goods packed into a small area but a very wide selection of items. Best to go in the a.m. Contrary to some of the other reviews, most of the women working here are quite friendly (except for one!) and some DO speak English (except that I didn't know that was a required job skill for being a cashier in a Hungarian grocery store .... rolls eyes). Mizo coffee, Classic szvendics and muffin make a great lunch for 3 USD. Lots of wine and beer. Hard to go wrong. GO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this one grumpy lady from the staff, who is always there, never smiles, never greets anyone and make you feel like someone died because of you coming in to the shop. Prices are high, the shop is too small for the amount of people attending it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get the promise about the Scweppe's tonic water... but somehow the shop is always run out of that. One of my collegue finished buying by them because he was always clipped there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the existence, other - for products available. The quality, prices and customer service do not deserve any stars at all. Very dirty, rotten food (flies on the fruits), very messy - this is all about Prima. On top of that are incredible prices: almost twice more expensive then anywhere else in the supermarket. Be aware and avoid this store unless you really desperately need something.
