Segitő készségük kimerül a futárcégnek írt emailok továbbításában. Due to an internal communication error, my order at the courier was mixed up, I have only received an apology message so far. I no longer recommend it to anyone. Their helpfulness is exhausted in forwarding emails to the courier company.

A rendelésem napján írtam emailt (mivel semmiféle telefonszám nincs megadva nekik!) hogy rossz címet adtam meg, módosítani szeretném. Válasz nem érkezett mai napig, ellenben egy tájékoztatás igen, hogy amúgy sincs raktáron azokból, amiket rendeltem. Másnap mégis kaptam üzenetet, hogy a rossz címre kiszállításra került. Ezek után szintén írtam nekik emailt, arra se kaptam választ a mai napig. Their communication is below criticism. I wrote an email on the day of my order (since no phone number was given to them!) That I gave the wrong address, I want to change it. No response has been received to date, but an information is yes that none of the ones I ordered are in stock anyway. The next day, however, I received a message that it had been delivered to the wrong address. After that, I also wrote them an email, and I haven't received a response to that day.

Ígérnek valamit, majd én érdeklődöm miért nem történt a megbeszélt határidő után sem semmi,már másodszor válaszra sem méltatnak e-mailben, telefonszám nincs is megadva. Botrányos ügyfélszolgálat, inkorrekt és felháborító hozzáállás. Nem szoktam véleményt írni,de annyira kritikán aluli a hozzáállásuk,hogy ezt nem lehet szó nélkül hagyni. It has not been possible to replace the pieces of the incomplete product for more than 2 months. They promise something, and then I wonder why nothing happened after the agreed deadline, they don't ask for an answer by e-mail for the second time, no phone number is given. Scandalous customer service, incorrect and outrageous attitude. I don’t usually write reviews, but their attitude is so under-criticized that it can’t be left without a word.
F	Furjes Arpad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Március 18-án megrendelt és ki is fizetett terméket a mai napig nem szállították le, a reklamációkra csak késve és semmitmondóan válaszolnak, miközben a megrendelt terméket most is folyamatosan hirdetik, tehát készleten kell lennie. Telefonszám és felügyeleti szerv nincs feltüntetve a honlapon. Ne rendelj tőlük semmit, teljességgel megbízhatatlanok. Időközben április 14.-én végre átadták szállításra az árut, s egyben bocsánatkérésük jeléül visszautalták a teljes vételárat is. A folyamatban sokat segített a Google vélemény lehetősége, az itt megírt rossza tapasztalat vezetett a megoldáshoz. Három csillagra javítottam egyről. In the meantime, on April 14, the goods were finally delivered for delivery, and at the same time the full purchase price was returned as a token of their apology. The possibility of Google opinion helped a lot in the process, the bad experience written here led to the solution. I improved it on three stars from one.
