T	Tamás Deák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bő 1 éve rendeltem tőlük fix vonóhorgot egy Toyota Avesis T25-re. Most jött el az ideje a felszerelésnek, mert az autó műszakija lejár 1 hónap múlva. A vonóhoroggal semmi gond, rendesen felment a helyére. Az "elektronika" amit rendeltem vele együtt, az nem stimmelt. A szerelőm felhívta őket, jelezvén hogy nem okés, mert 2 szálasat küldtek, de ehhez a típushoz 4 szálas kell. Ők először azt mondták telefonon, "jó az oda...", nos az NKH-s sem fogadta el, így venni kellett egy 4 szálast, hogy működjön, és vissza vinni vizsgára. A szerelőm továbbiakban is próbálta felvenni velük a kapcsolatot, de már fel sem vették a telefont. Mindenki vonja le a következtetést, a hozzá állásról, és az emberi oldaláról. Egy ilyen dolog miatt állt az autóm 3 napig, amit egy kis odafogyeléssel, vagy hozzáértéssel, fél nap alatt le lehetett volna tudni. A vonóhorgot köszönöm, a többit nem. I ordered a fixed towbar from them for a Toyota Avesis T25 for over 1 year. Now it’s time for the equipment because the car’s service expires in 1 month. No problem with the towbar, it went up properly. The "electronics" I ordered with him were not right. My mechanic called them, indicating that it was not okay because they sent 2 threads, but this type requires 4 threads. They first said on the phone, "it's good there ...", well the NKH didn't accept it either, so I had to take a 4 strands to work and take it back to the exam. My mechanic continued to try to contact them, but they didn’t even pick up the phone anymore. Everyone draws a conclusion, about their attitude, and from the human side.
