★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az kiszállított fehér hablemezek széle sérült volt, mintha valami nagy súly alól húzták volna ki őket. Készséggel elhiszem, hogy aki sok kisebb darabra vágja fel annak ez nem okoz akkora gondot, de azért illett volna előre jelezni e-mail-ben vagy telefonon, hogy így is kérem-e.
A sérült hablemezeket két munkanapon belül kicserélték.
The edges of the supplied white foam sheets were damaged, as if they had been pulled out from under some heavy weight. I would be happy to believe that anyone who cuts it into many smaller pieces would not be as much of a problem, but it should have been announced in advance by e-mail or phone to ask for it anyway.
Damaged foam sheets were replaced within two business days.
