Nagyon körülményes, indulatos, rugalmatlan kiszolgáló személyzet, bonyolult kölcsönzési feltételek, nehézkes ügyintézés jellemzi a céget. Elszomorító! If there were 0 stars I would give it! The company is characterized by very cumbersome, impulsive, inflexible service staff, complicated rental conditions and cumbersome administration. It's sad!

Amúgy az elején egyszer kell regisztrálni utánna már gyorsan megy. Car rental has been going on like this for 20 years, you needed a caution then and now. I think that's how it's for everyone. Anyway, you have to register once in the beginning and then it goes fast.

A magánszemélyeknek abnormális feltételeket szabnak. Ilyen a lepusztult kB. 10 éves Hitachi fűkaszáért a 80eft-os kaució szigorúan készpénzben. Ehhez 10eft napi bérleti díj. Volt is, és lesz is ennél átgondoltabb üzletpolitika! Hm... Komolyan elgondolkodtató, hogy ez a cég miért nem fogad el magánszemélytől bankkártyát!? Sem. O	Outdoor Adventure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird nicht an Privatleute vermietet nur an Firmen. Wurde mir aber bei einer Anfrage per email und dann später vor Ort anders mitgeteilt. Beim zweiten Ortstermin wurde mir aber gesagt nicht an private Leute. Die Firma denke ich hat 5 Sterne verdient da gute Maschinen und freundliche Mitarbeiter die auch deutsch sprechen. Aber dass man innerhalb weniger Monate seine verleihregeln ändert sind eigentlich null Sterne. Unfortunately, it is not rented to private individuals, only to companies. But I was told otherwise when I asked by email and then later on site. At the second on-site visit, however, I was told not to private people. I think the company deserves 5 stars because of the good machines and friendly employees who also speak German. But the fact that you change your rental rules within a few months is actually zero stars.
