E	Edina Széles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom ha a kedvencének komolyabb baja van egy egyszerű oltásnál felületesen vizsgálnak ha egyáltalán veszik a fáradságot hozzá. Hozzá nem értő “szakemberek” tömkelege, és ha egy havi fizetését akarja ott hagyni az ember és ilyenkor még csak ránéztek a kutyára. Ők nem azt nézik hogy meg tudják-e gyógyítani vagy hogy mi lehet a baja az állatnak hanem hogy mennyit tudnak lehúzni az embertől. Szépen meg tudjak köszönni ha az ember bizalmat fektet beléjük. I would not recommend it to anyone if their pet has more serious problems than a simple vaccination, they will look superficially if they take the trouble at all. A plethora of incompetent “professionals,” and if one wants to leave one month’s salary there and then they’re just looking at the dog. They don’t look at whether they can heal or what could be wrong with the animal but how much they can pull off from the human. I can thank you very much if you put your trust in them.

Egy olyan állattal akinek problémája van nem kellemes senki számára a várakozás. Nyilván teljesen érthető is lenne a helyzet, amennyiben nem lenne időpontunk.. De pont azért kér az ember időpontot, hogy ne kelljen ennyit várnia. Nem értem miért nem lehet mindenkit legalább fél órával későbbre hívni, vagy kevesebb időpontot kiadni, mert ez nyilvánvalóan nem tartható. Ezenkívül többször előfordult, hogy időpontkérésnél rám csapták a telefont, természetesen vissza soha nem hívnak, egy hete tíz percet várakoztattak majd letették a telefont. Az orvosok kiválóak, az ellátás jó, a patika része pedig nagyon felszerelt, de ki jut el odáig? Két évig jártunk ide, de most feladtuk. In addition, I was repeatedly slapped on the phone when I asked for an appointment, of course they never called me back, they waited ten minutes for a week and then hung up. The doctors are excellent, the care is good and the pharmacy part is very equipped, but who gets there? We went here for two years, but now we gave up.

Mindenképp megéri hozzájuk menni, mert ilyen szintű és minőségű, profi, jól szervezett szolgáltatás nem igazán létezik máshol az országban, és ez az állat érdeke is. Gyorsak, ügyesek, rugalmasak, abszolút korrektek, ügyfél centrikusak, kedvesek és nagyon magas minőségi szinten dolgoznak. Minket majdnem az ország másik végéből küldtek hozzájuk, máshol egy hónapot is várni kellett volna, hozzájuk két nap múlva elvittük röntgenre Kutyámat és már maradhatott is azonnal műtétre, aznap este vittük is haza és másnap már evett, ivott szépen és azóta gyönyörűen jár újra a korábban sérült lábán (terdkalács ficam volt), amire előtte rá se tudott állni. Hálásan köszönjük Kutyám nevében is Muka Dr. Úrnak és Csapatának! ??✅ Literally full pros. They are fast, agile, flexible, absolutely fair, customer centric, kind and work at a very high level of quality. We were sent to them almost from the other end of the country, we would have had to wait a month elsewhere, we took my dog for an X-ray two days later and he could stay for surgery right away, we took him home that night and ate the next day. on his injured leg (I had a hammerhead sprain) that he couldn't stand on before. The waiting room was clean and quiet, the medical staff was friendly and about Dr. Muka Peter, he is a perfect professional, Riley is fine even now after 6-7 years of surgery.
