Cégünk csomaglogisztikával foglalkozik és folyamataink támogatására kerestünk egyedi fejlesztésű szoftveres megoldást. A Promera Menedzsment Kft kiválasztása mellett szóltak az alábbi érvek: •a cég meglévő kompetenciái; • a projekt mérete és komplexitása; • az előzetes konzultáción szerzett tapasztalatok; A fejlesztés alatti konzultációk is hatékonyan, jó hangulatban zajlottak, és számos újító megoldást implementáltunk a készülő rendszerbe. A Promera dolgozói nemcsak rugalmasságukkal, közvetlenségükkel támogatták a fejlesztést, hanem több ponton is hasznos tanáccsal láttak el bennünket. A fejlesztés során eltelt majd félév alatt nagyon jó kapcsolat alakult ki a cégek és dolgozóink között. A fejlesztett szoftver alkalmas a cég (és ezzel együtt a szikvíz ipar) egyedi folyamatainak, tranzakcióinak kezelésére, sőt olyan megoldások kerültek a programba, amelyekkel hatékonyabban és egyszerűbben kezelhetőek az adott területek. A fejlesztési folyamat precízen dokumentált, így ügyfélként is tudomásom van arról, hogy hol tart a történet, és később sem fogunk eltévedni a szoftver használata során. Rendszeres megbeszélések biztosítják, hogy tartsuk az irányt, és a kérdéseimmel/kéréseimmel bármikor bátran fordulhatok a kollégákhoz. Did we get what we asked for? - No. Amazingly more! The Promera team is outstanding both professionally and in terms of attitude. The developed software is suitable for managing the unique processes and transactions of the company (and with it the sewage industry), and even solutions have been added to the program, with which the given areas can be managed more efficiently and simply. The development process is precisely documented, so as a customer I know where the story is going and we won’t get lost in using the software later. Regular discussions ensure that we keep the direction and I can feel free to turn to my colleagues at any time with my questions / requests.
