I attach it to the previous commenter on mask use: the mask hung on the gentleman working in the store and he didn’t even try to put it in place. Besides, he invited me to the rather small shop with another customer inside. The quality of the service is that I printed important documents that came out in a faint gray color. When I signaled to the gentleman that the toner ran out, he said that it was not the toner that was wrong, but some part, but he could not replace it yet ... 1) he did not indicate this before work 2) he asked for the full price for the substandard printing , plus all the paper is striped on top, so there's something wrong with that machine. It is below criticism, I do not recommend printing, at least not in any way.

I do not recommend! I just called on the phone, in a print service case, what is the solution. It can be emailed and received, so I think you can go for it. I thought I would send it today and go for it tomorrow when I’m on the road anyway, but the lady told me it won’t be until Tuesday because they won’t be working tomorrow. Anyway, the lady helpfully offered the Ltd. on the first floor, which I understood only when I asked her (don't be angry, but I didn't understand properly) again, she said, talking to someone else and saying goodbye. Pfff I do not recommend! ... A response has been received, but the response is not aimed at what a person objects to at the service level, even if there is a certain established situation! You can ask me to change my score, you have the right, but I also have the right not to change it! When negotiating with a customer, perhaps the full attention should be paid to communicating with the customer rather than communicating that you are talking to someone else and saying goodbye. Unfortunately, this way the customer will use the service elsewhere, as he has the right! I would like to understand the problem.

So far 4 boards have been made for me, I was perfectly satisfied with all four. The ordering, administration and takeover process also went smoothly.

By the time agreed, it was in perfect quality for what I asked for. Helpful, flexible service!
